PVC Clamp
thingiverse
This is a small clamp designed to use a 1/4 thick slice of 1 1/2" Sc40 PVC as both the spring and jaws. I know you're thinking, "Why bother with this clamp when better clamps are available at Harbor Freight for a quarter?" Well, first, you have a 3D printer and you're always looking for projects to print. Just last week, you printed that little boat three times. Second, this clamp was specifically made to work in environments where magnetic fields are strong, making it perfect for use with metal springs that would be undesirable. You can scale it up or down to fit different PVC sizes. If you add a bungee between the forward two holes, it will function like an edge banding clamp from Rockler. Thanks for checking out this design.
