A challenge was presented to me: build a bed fort. Using the mounting holes for an upper bunk bed and 1in PVC, this was my response. pieces: - Base mount accepts the vertical and 45deg support. The two-piece version allows for printing without supports and some versatility in mounting the frame to different surfaces. Adapters will be added as applications demand. - Corner. Initially intended to use pieces from the hardware store, but none were available. This is an XYZ orientation that should be obvious. The flat back version requires no support. - Strut support. A hollow piece slides freely to allow for fine-tuning before tightening the set screw. The "Clean" version removes all ugly failed seams, chamfers and pipes covering inconsistencies that I still haven't quite mastered. I printed these with 22% infill and 2mm walls. They shouldn't need extra strength, but it couldn't hurt. Update 7/10/2019: Replaced the threaded base with refactored internal thread.
