PVC Adapter for staff head

I adapted an existing design to merge the Gandalf staff head from Thingiverse with a standard 3/4 inch inner diameter PVC pipe. This ingenious fusion enables users to construct a staff with a PVC base, eliminating the need for lengthy 1 inch dowels. Update: I refined the adapter's design to enhance the staff head's stability. Version 2 features a 5 millimeter deep hole, a significant improvement over the original 2 millimeter hole.
