To Fix the PVA Issues I've Had with My Ultimaker 3, I Created This Solution. This Project Aims to Minimize Moisture Levels, Which Were Causing Problems With Nozzle Ruin. So Far, It's Working Successfully Despite a Bit of Friction. The Design Includes Two Pockets for Silica Gel Packs That Fit Inside the Reel, Keeping the Environment Dry and Preventing Further Issues. To Enhance Its Effectiveness, I Put the Whole Setup in a Poly Bag with Additional Silica Gel Packs to Absorb Any Remaining Moisture. I Designed and Printed This Solution Using My Reliable Ultimaker 2+ 3D Printer. Assembling It Requires Only Five Nuts and Bolts, Each Measuring 20 x M3 in Size. A 6 mm Outer Diameter by 4 mm Inner Diameter Tube (Repurposed from an Old Wanhao Feed Tube) Completes the Setup.
