This version of David Gontier's excellent Interlocking Puzzle Cube #1 was created using puzzlecad, offering the additional option of adding a bevel to external edges only. Burr Tools still insists on adding a bevel to internal angles, severely impacting interlocking piece movement. Adding a bevel helps mitigate bulging corners and elephant's foot issues on the bottom layer, both hindering piece movement. I used settings of 15 mm cubelet width, 0.08 mm offset size, and 1.0 mm bevel to produce a beautiful 60 mm cube with smooth interlocking piece movement.
