Puzzle Cube with pegs! (Easy to Print)
thingiverse
This is a puzzle cube that I designed for my Introduction to Engineering class using Fusion360. I added pegs to the cube so it connects and holds it together. The pegs are Not designed to tightly connect the pieces together. I tested it with pegs and holes that would tightly connect it and it broke. So the pegs on these cubes will not be tight, they are just to keep the cube together without the pieces falling apart. A few things that you should keep in mind: 1. This cube is 3 inches by 3 inches by 3 inches when complete. You can always size it down or size it up in whatever program you use. This is what 100% in size looks like when done. 2. Use 15-20% infill. I used 15-20% infill just so the pegs would be strong so they wouldn't break. 3. When assembling the final 2-3 pieces, there is a certain order that you need to build it. There are multiple ways to solve this cube, but you may get to a point where you can't connect the pieces because you can't align it right. Mess around with it. There is multiple ways to solve it. If anyone has any questions please let me know. If you find that one of the pegs doesn't fit into one of the holes, please leave a comment. I try to answer the comments as fast as I can. Hope everyone enjoys this puzzle cube!
