Puzzle Chess/Checker Board

I'm designing pieces that perfectly fit together without falling apart. The board pieces are engineered to be easily rotated and flipped while still fitting together seamlessly. There are 18 black inside pieces, 18 white inside pieces, 12 black edges, and 12 white edges for the board. Additionally, I've designed 2 black corners and 2 white corners that perfectly fit into place. My design is specifically tailored for use with 3mm materials, which is why I chose to work with acrylic. This material provides a strong and durable base for my creation.
