I designed my own chessboard that resembles a puzzle, perfect for printing with or without the added challenge of sink-in circles. The fit is snug but can be adjusted to loosen by simply sanding it down slightly. Each piece stands at an impressive 3mm high, allowing for maximum efficiency in storage while still providing ample space to handle each piece with ease. A small fillet on the bottom helps prevent warping, a common issue that arises when layers don't quite align. The files may seem confusing at first, but they actually offer a choice between printing a board with or without circular features and lettering.
