Puzzle Chess Board - Remix

I downloaded the Puzzle Chess Board by pbreeden0 and started printing it out. I really loved the simple design of the chess pieces and thought the board design was pretty nice too. However, when I tried to connect the board pieces, I realized that the nibs and holes had been designed with identical diameters. At first, I thought my 3D printer was the issue, but it turned out that my modified Printrbot Simple Metal was just a bit old - over five years old, in fact. The original print tolerances of this machine aren't exactly ideal for fitting holes and nibs together when they're the same size. This led to either a lot of sanding or filing to get things to fit properly. I remixed the board pieces by changing the nibs to 15mm in diameter and the holes to 16mm instead. They fit much better now, without needing any sanding or filing at all. I kept the basic size of the puzzle pieces the same - 50mm, just like the original design.
