I created this based on "puzzle Bolt by Aeva" so I could utilize a large 1" - 8 UNC nut that I had leftover from a previous project. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: .10 Infill: 20% Notes: Printed in ABS....... I experimented with various settings and discovered that a 0.10 layer height is crucial, allowing the nut to rotate smoothly. To enhance strength, I employed 10 shell layers and 20% fill. With only 2 shell layers, it was very easy to break, but at 6 layers, it became difficult to break, and at 8 layers, it was nearly impossible to break without deliberate force.
