Print out 4 identical copies to assemble a flawless 60mm sphere instantly! Securing the fourth piece in place can be a bit tricky at first, but once locked into position, the entire ball will remain assembled until deliberately disassembled. That was my objective for the design and I achieved it through extensive trial and error: Reaching a balance between the thickness of each piece (2.3mm) and the space between them (0.4mm).
