A Pinterest picture inspired a challenging puzzle with a locking piece (pink in the second animation). Solidworks 2016 was used for modeling, while Simlab Composer 7 Mechanical Edition handled rendering. Frames were edited in Virtualdub and saved as AVI/X264 and BMP. MyMP4BoxGui remuxed the video to MP4, and PhotoScape made GIFs. IrfanView was used for renders editing. 3D-PDF, ZIM, and SIMLAB files have animations, with the latter viewable on IOS/Android via the free Simlab Viewer app. The model is available in multiple formats including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 7, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS and ZIM.
