Putty Knife Holder for Ender 3 Pro with MEAN WELL Power Supplies

thingiverse

This is a custom remake of the putty knife holder designed by BelkinWA, tailored specifically for the Ender 3 Pro with MEAN WELL power supplies. I modified the dimensions of the rectangular pegs to fit snugly into the holes on the back of the power supply unit. Additionally, I extended the shaft slightly and added a small lip at the end to prevent the putty knife from slipping off. My print settings for the Ender 3 Pro were as follows: Material - SUNLU Black PLA, Nozzle Size - 0.4 mm, Line Width - 0.4 mm, Layer Height - 0.12 mm, Infill - 20%, Nozzle Temperature - 210 C, Bed Temperature - 70 C, Print Speed - 50 mm/s, Supports - Everywhere. Calculated Print Time - 40 min. You can also use regular PLA at lower hotend and bed temperatures (200 C and 60 C respectively). The SUNLU brand of PLA requires a bit more heat than standard PLA. I'm new to Thingiverse, so I invite you to try out this part for yourself, leave comments, share makes, and like/collect if you wish. Thank you, and happy printing!
