I crafted this for my colleagues and after numerous refinements, this design emerged as the most precise. The hole meets official standards and the outcome of your shots should closely mirror what you'd experience with a real hole at least several meters away. If you strike too forcefully, the ball will rebound. The block at the back of the hole was introduced to smoothly arrest the ball when your shot hits its mark directly. We included some hook-side Velcro on the underside to assist in maintaining its position on low-pile carpets though it's not entirely essential.
