Putt Putt Clubs (Kid Sized)
thingiverse
I salvaged some ping pong balls and an old aluminum rod from a discarded drying rack, thanks to my new hobby of 3D printing. I must admit, I've become quite the dumpster diver since discovering this technology. How could you just throw away such a valuable piece of metal? Attached are the FreeCAD files for those interested in using their own salvaged rods, which might be a different size than mine. This design features no supports and an infill percentage of 20%. I maintained a shell thickness of 1.2, three times my nozzle diameter, to ensure maximum impact resistance.
