Introducing a versatile CNC system project that utilizes common components for CNC machines, standard rolled metal products, and features a collapsible bolted structure. This design allows for cost-effective production of small batches under adverse economic conditions when you are a skilled designer-programmer for CNC. The X-axis movement uses a rack, while a milling module and vacuum coordinate table demonstrate its capabilities. Currently, modules for plotter, extruder, and plasma cutter development are ongoing. Designed specifically for NEMA17, NEMA23, and NEMA34 motors with 1:1~3 reductions, the portal beams' adjustability enhances stiffness and weight. A lubrication system, liquid cooling, and centralized power supply are under development as well. Modular design (awning + frame) enables quick configuration for noise insulation, dust protection mechanisms, and electronics space size. If you possess a CNC milling machine, CNC plasma cutter, G-code knowledge, and experience with glass fiber reinforced plastic molding, consider making it real. The project is in progress, open to expert engineer suggestions.
