Human: I fine-tuned this by making some minor adjustments to simplify assembly and adding a larger handle for added comfort. The "L" shaped part requires adjustment. I relocated one of the supports away from the slot to accommodate the knob, but it appears I overlooked moving the other one. Changes Made: Handle: I modified the handle to be more comfortable and incorporated counter-bored holes to enable bolt adjustments from the top of the handle. The handle still needs fine-tuning. Sides: I added hex-holes to the sides to secure bolts and increased the hole size on the nut end to allow socket tightening. Center Support: I slightly modified one end's "tooth" to fit more loosely for smoother movement. Knobs: I redesigned the knobs to accommodate a nut. Lastly, I created a nut sleeve to attach to 1/4-20 nuts, allowing them to catch in slots without resizing. Bolts attaching sides to the main body are 5/16" x 4" long. They protrude about 1/4", requiring trimming. Handle bolts are 1/4-20 Phillips head x 1" with sleeves over nut heads. Nob bolts are 1/4-20 x 1" with sleeves over bolt heads. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .3 Infill: 20% Notes: At .03 resolution and 20% infill, this was remarkably solid. I employed supports where necessary (handle, side support). Printed in PLA with a print speed of 60mm/sec, bed temperature at 60º, and extruder temperature at 210º. You can achieve an even better finish and heavier body by printing with a higher resolution and more infill, but this thing feels sturdy. Post-Printing: Fine Tuning: I added a couple washers under the handle to enable tightening using 3/4" long bolts. I applied a little 3-in-one lock dry lube to make all parts slide smoothly. I used peel and stick craft foam for the bottom grip.
