Here's a control horn for rc airplanes and other linkages, designed with a small control surface in mind. This model is suitable for 1"-2" control surfaces, give or take a little. The hole is precision-cut to fit the 16 gauge wire used for push rods, which measures about 1.5mm in diameter. However, you may need to make some adjustments to accommodate your specific application. Keep in mind that I've taken into account the limitations of my 3D printer, an older model with a few minor quirks. While it's generally accurate, holes tend to print smaller than their actual size. To ensure proper fitment, I've modeled holes slightly larger than necessary. It's essential to test-print any part and verify that any attached hardware fits correctly before bulk printing.
