A Pusheen with a planetary gearbox inside, perfect for a unique Christmas gift. Made on a Makerbot Replicator 2X using grey ABS, your settings may differ depending on the machine and materials used. Print Details: (1) Ring Gear (1) Gear Carrier (1) Rear Bar (1) Crank (1) Inner Gear (5) Outer Gears (5) Gear Backings Assembly Instructions: Place the gear carrier inside the ring gear, ensuring a secure fit. Insert the 5 outer gears and 1 inner gear into the gear carrier, aligning them properly. Attach the gear backings to the outer gears using super glue. Be cautious not to get any on moving surfaces or the outside of the gearbox. Apply a small amount of super glue to the inside of the inner gear for added stability. Securely attach the rear bar with super glue, taking care not to touch any moving parts. Final Assembly: Pass the crank through the hole in the rear bar and mate it with the inner gear using super glue. Be precise to avoid gluing any critical areas. Tips and Reminders: Sanding some parts may be necessary for smooth operation. Assemble the model without gears first, test its movement, and then apply glue. The Pusheen face can be customized with acrylic paint for a personalized touch.
