Pushbuttons for RC battery charger
thingiverse
One of the chrome plated pushbuttons on my LiPO charger went missing...what a pain having to use a toothpick or whatever to reach the switch inside. So I used my shiny new Ender 3 to make myself a matching replacement set. Maybe I'm not the only one that lost a button? It is a bit tricky because the pushbutton switches have a difficult-to-measure tapered button on them, so the actuator piece needs to be a close fit to stay in place. I ended up taking several tries to get a nice fit, which is the reason the .STL file is named ...115%. Scale it up or down until you achieve a good fit...these only take a few minutes and a few cms. of filament to print. Don't glue them, as they have to come off in order to get the board out of the case. Even if you don't ever need to fix the board, the switches are not sealed, and getting glue into them would be bad. This is the very first useful think I printed after trying out the Creality included demo files.
