Push your pillbox
thingiverse
Despite numerous pillboxes available, their users often struggle with taking medications due to the confinement in small compartments. As students at France's ENSGSI engineering school, we created PushthePill Box, designed for easy daily dosage selection and requiring just one hand to hold it vertically and press a button that releases pills through a hole. A trap door facilitates filling the pillbox. The team is exploring improvements, including a universal hanging system for various objects (cars, fridges, bottles, furniture) and a safety feature preventing mix-ups between different times of day. They're also considering a system to bring drawers back to their original position simultaneously, as well as a transparent side for verifying if pills have been taken or not.
