This is a grip to be able to do push-ups more effectively. In order to be able to print the parts better, I have divided them into "handle", "foot" and "sole", whereby the sole has to be printed from a flexible material and is only optional. It only serves to ensure that the floor is not scratched and that the handle does not slip on smooth floors:
