I designed these because I couldn't locate the brass ones, and when I did find them, they were very pricey since they were custom-made. They are meant to replicate these: http://d2f0ora2gkri0g.cloudfront.net/2f/ac/2faca888-6799-46a2-8a4b-dbbd3b800ec0.jpg courtesy of rcsub.co.uk, who I believe hand-makes them, hence the high price. They accept up to 2mm pushrods, employ 3mm setscrews/ordinary M3 screws to grip the pushrods and a 1.2mm retainer R clip. The set screw holes are 2.5mm, allowing the set screw to create its own thread. I have included .STEP and Fusion 360 files for anyone who wants to modify them without dealing with .STL files as all uploaders should do.
