Here's a Push Pin/Clip I Designed to Replace a Broken One on My Motorbike. This design is specifically intended to fit into a 6mm hole and replace a broken pin/clip on a motorbike. To ensure the printed item holds up well, I recommend using PETG or ABS plastic. These materials are more durable than PLA and less likely to break under normal use.
