I'm excited to share this innovative Bowden tube holder I've created! After struggling with a broken fitting, the tubing popped out and I decided to come up with a solution. This design works specifically for 1.75mm tubing, and the diameter is perfect for 4mm tubing. The idea actually came from watching other reprap enthusiasts use 4mm nuts on tubing to keep them in place. Here's how it's done: First, take a 4mm nut and twist it onto the outside of the tube. Next, bore out the center of the tubing slightly to accommodate the filament. Simply thread the 4mm nut onto the tube, then slide everything into the push connector. Once that's in place, simply insert the entire setup into the holder and you're good to go! Connecting is business as usual, and my tubes are now secure - no more buying new fittings needed! Problem solved!
