Push Button Gumball Machine

This fully-printed gumball machine features a cutting-edge push-button mechanism. Check out this link to learn how to assemble and operate it: https://youtu.be/4cwWgvDVNeI The spring is designed as a separate print, making it easy to replace if it becomes damaged or worn out. The dispenser is specifically sized for "Gobstoppers," which measure between 13-14 mm in diameter. The holes are 15 mm wide to provide extra clearance. To assemble the machine, start by placing the plunger inside the case and pushing it through the hole. Hold the semicircular parts of the spring slightly open and insert them into the case over the plunger. Next, place the funnel down over top. Fill the globe with candy and screw it into place. When printing the spring, use a nozzle size of 0.8 mm, no brim, a single wall for the semicircular springs, and double walls for the remaining walls. Any extra material will interfere with the functioning of the spring. Refer to the picture above for guidance. The other parts can be printed using your preferred settings. Minimal infill is recommended. Both supported and unsupported versions of the "Voronoi Globe" are provided. The threads have a 0.5 mm tolerance for a snug fit, so it's a good idea to clean them out first with something like a Dremel abrasive brush.
