Push_Block_Repaired
thingiverse
I modified three of the existing parts to increase their durability and stability on 3/1/19. bottom_Repaired_V2.stl I doubled the thickness of the front and back tabs that attach to the main, and doubled the thickness of the bottom as well. I also rounded all the joints where the part might be prone to cracking due to stress. routerplate_v2_repaired_V2.stl I refined the model further by removing unnecessary polygons and rounding all the seams under stress to minimize the risk of cracks at those joints. side_plate_repaired_V2.stl I curved all the seams and corners that weren't mating surfaces, to enhance the part's rigidity and reduce the likelihood of a crack. Once I get these parts printed, I will include them in my final assembly, and share a comparison between the original part and the improvements made. When I tried printing some of these files, I noticed holes in the tops of several models. See Picture 2 (Tops of Models are Red). I went through each model and repaired them all (See Picture 1), hoping others won't encounter the same issues and can enjoy this great model instead. If you experience any problems, please let me know so I can update the specific files. Thanks again for the excellent Model Trobinou
