I had designed some customized seat back hooks from Thingiverse for everyday use and my mom wanted a set that could securely hold her large purse, so I got out my calipers and took precise measurements to create this solution. The design was tailored around the headrest of a 2015 Ford Edge, as well as the distance between the back of the seat and other key factors. But most importantly, it was designed with her oversized purse in mind. I printed two sets at 30% infill with a gyroid pattern for added durability. One will hold her purse with both handles stacked on top of each other, but I did the second one, which is shown in translucent green, to distribute the weight and provide relief to the purse's handles. The other set, which hasn't been pictured yet, started off with Solutech silver as my printer doesn't like glossy black filament unless the bed is perfectly level, which can cause clogs. This design may also have various other uses for hanging items.
