Purse I3, X Axis ends - For Thread Rod w/backlash nuts

A friend was looking into using these for a Prusa I3 build and didn't want to use precision threaded rod, opting instead for all thread like in so many other printers. To avoid printing separate nut adapters that replace brass precision nuts, the two designs were merged together so the nut pattern is incorporated into the final printed part. The nut pattern is designed for 5mm rods and nuts. 7-31-2016 - An 8mm rod and nut version was added. This design does cut into the side of the original part due to the size of the nut, but it should be mechanically sound. The backlash spring will need to be cut shorter than standard length springs, but it will still perform its job as long as the spring is in light compression. A shorter spring length is necessary to prevent collision with other parts of the design when nuts are being installed, such as the idler side bearing mount screw. Installation may require a specific order for these parts. If someone prints and tries this design (R3), please provide feedback since it can't directly benefit from these parts.
