My model is built on the innovative idea by Ekaterina Demakova. Her rendering of materials truly inspired me, so I used this piece as a study aid for learning how to replicate their unique textures - the wood was the most difficult part! My objective wasn't to exactly match the concept, but rather to master the techniques behind those impressive-looking materials.
