This is an upgrade kit for Purigen or Activated Carbon bags designed to ensure maximum water flow through the bag. Fish keepers often struggle to get the best out of their Purigen or Activated Carbon bags due to inadequate water circulation. This innovative design addresses this issue by creating a controlled water path that maximizes the effectiveness of the filter media. To set up, simply attach the input hose to the top of the bag, allowing the water to flow in and then exit through the 1 inch (2.7cm) outlet hole where your pump's intake should be positioned. If you have a pump with a wider intake, don't worry - I can modify it to fit your needs. A word of caution: when using filament underwater, be aware that some materials may pose a risk to your fish. However, regular PLA is generally safe and suitable for use in this application.
