Purgeable flange plate insert designed specifically for use with 2-inch waste gate valves. Engineered to enable efficient positive air pressure purging between two 2-inch gate valves. The top hole is optimized for connection to an air pressure supply, and we recommend using a high-quality aquarium air valve. The bottom hole serves as the water bleed outlet, and it's essential to utilize a reliable aquarium check valve in this application. We are open to revising the design of the bleed gate to feature only two larger bars instead of the current configuration, which can be challenging to print with a 0.5mm nozzle. This modification could potentially improve the overall printing process and produce a more durable component.
