Hold the raw material block in a 3-axis machine vice. Or use a vacuum fixture bed and use top clamps to hold it in place.2. Rough one side it, and finish it.3. Now pour some hard wax into it and flip the part to machine the other side.4. Voila- you have completed it.Note: If you wish to use the same model to machine it, I recommend you to slightly extrude out the surface to give it some thickness or it will create trouble when you run it in machine because surface has no thickness and you end up running the tool in the same place as the initial side.casting techniques:1. create a matching mould for the thickened surface and go for slush casting.
