Puppy wheelchair with extra 'leg' and larger wheels and longer cradle
thingiverse
This is a reworked version of DIACOV's puppy wheelchair (small).\nI swapped out the original wheels for ones from another design on hand, layering them three thick and expanding their size by 125%. I also modified, added to, and reinforced the cradle. The new design is approximately 3cm longer and twice as thick, achieved by simply duplicating it and overlaying it on top of the original.\nI incorporated the 'extra 2.0' training wheel feature to provide additional support for the puppy's balancing issues and alleviate back stress.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: CTC\nRafts: Yes\nSupports: Yes\nResolution: 0.1\nInfill: 20%\nNotes: I only utilized supports and rafts on the rod, cradle, and arc.\nThis is a reworked adaptation of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1249862, but it could not be uploaded as an official remix due to technical constraints. All credit goes to DIACOV for their outstanding initial design.\nTo assemble, I employed M3 screws to attach the cradle to the rod, followed by M5 or M6 screws to secure the wheels and add legs to the rod/arc. I was unable to recall which type of screw to use at first, so I took the model to a hardware store to purchase the correct bolts.\nPost-Printing
