We initially installed a puppy fence along one side of the tree that was most vulnerable, but our mischievous pup still found a way to outsmart us and slip around the corner into the exposed area, where he proceeded to wreak havoc on the base of the tree. Once we completed the repairs, I recalled having an Ender 4 Pro 3D printer at home, which sparked the idea of creating a simple plate that would allow the rod to slide smoothly into place, thereby securing the fence firmly against the wall.
