NOTES TO PRINTERS: Original scaling fits size 8USW (~39EU), but uniform scaling is highly recommended. Files with longer names (4.206t9.29PLAL.STL and 4.206t9.29PLAR.STL) were used for printing, while the others are preview models of the expected results. Print in an upright position to ensure accurate output. ABS plastic is strongly advised, but PLA can be used with caution; however, it may compromise structural integrity. Before assembly, open the hole at the bottom of the heel and insert a 118x6mm steel threaded rod. Note that dimensions will change when scaling up or down. Cut the heel core only to size after inserting the threaded rod into place. This design can be printed in one piece without supports. It is recommended to infill with over 80% density for optimal results. Prints should originate from the build plate only, not from any other surface. The fin connecting the heel and sole serves as a custom support; remove it after inserting the heel core, before applying acetone treatment.
