I've always been a fan of "Yoda Pumpkin Head" by wontonotnow, but this isn't just another mashup. I actually modeled the pumpkin texture directly into the Yoda model - talk about intricate detail! If time allows, it'd be awesome to carve a real jack-o-lantern and illuminate its interior with LED lights, creating an otherworldly effect.
