I'm conducting a Halloween speed sculpt test with Blender 2.81's new sculpting tools, and it's proving to be quite the challenge. I found myself struggling to achieve a clean sculpt on this particular piece, but I attribute that mostly to my own lack of effort in manually retopologizing once I had established the main shapes. Nevertheless, I'm pleased with how it turned out, especially considering I don't frequently use Blender for sculpting. Happy Halloween!
