This design was a thrilling challenge to push the boundaries of 3D printing capabilities. Having owned an Original Prusa i3 MK2 printer for three months, I'm steadily mastering the art of designing for 3D print. It was printed with a precise .2 mm layer height due to time constraints and 10% infill using high-quality PLA material. The model is divided into four distinct parts: base, main body, head, and cap. Designed to house a light in the head, a hollow channel runs down the body and out under the base for effortless cable management, while a cavity in the base accommodates a battery. I intend to re-print the head and cap with a finer .15 layer height for enhanced details. The body was intentionally designed to print seamlessly without support, making it relatively straightforward. I employed Prusa settings as a starting point and made adjustments accordingly.
