Pumpkin

I created a video tutorial for my job that explains how to model a pumpkin in SolidWorks. It can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3rIIRU3xVNNI6ohsigGtRC9paG5qQwfG. The pumpkin was modeled into three distinct parts - the main body, the top, and the stem. This approach allowed the stem to be printed separately in a different color, which made it easy to attach with superglue. My model was printed on a Stratasys Dimension SST768 in white, but then I spray-painted it orange to give it a vibrant appearance. The design can easily be adapted for printing on a MakerBot as well. Print Settings: Rafts: Don't worry about rafts - they aren't necessary. Supports: Enable supports for added stability. Post-Printing: That's it - my pumpkin model is complete.
