Pump Sprayer Seal
thingiverse
While spraying for insects, the little drip cup on top of the sprayer was suddenly full of liquid. It turned out that the small rubber seal at the bottom of the pump, which allows air to enter the bottle, was also sucking liquid back into the pump. To solve this problem, I measured and modeled a replacement part based on the original molded piece. Since I haven't printed it yet, I'm not sure if it fits or works properly. I'll update this post once I've completed the print job. If you decide to try this fix, be sure to use a soft TPU material with a Shore hardness of less than 90A.
