Pump Hose Adapter

thingiverse

This is a versatile adapter that enables users to connect any hose with 3D-printed water flow devices such as pumps and vents. The accompanying scene file facilitates rendering of the preview image. I've successfully printed one for my CD-ROM motor pump, and I'm eager to add a link to it in this post. Important Note: Please be aware that the STL-File (samplePumpHoseAdapter.stl) is intended for demonstration purposes only and should not be used without modification. Its primary function is to provide a three-dimensional preview of how your customized adapter could look, allowing you to visualize and refine its design. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Original Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.20mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing Customization: To create a customized adapter that meets your specific needs, use the Customizer or OpenSCAD to adjust the model's dimensions according to your hose diameter and base size requirements. Alternatively, you can utilize the STL-file by merging it with your own design, similar to how I incorporated it into Skimbals pump (link forthcoming). For this process, Blender is a recommended tool.
