I successfully tapped mine into place using a rubber mallet and dowel, while employing a sturdy 2x4 as backing support. Alternatively, you can utilize a vise like a precision press, but be cautious not to apply excessive force – it's all too easy to shatter the delicate bearing. I meticulously set the inner diameter to 21.97mm to accommodate my 22mm 602 bearing from Amazon. Upon placement, it fits snugly in its new home. Good Luck, Have Fun!
