I combined Egil's pulse sensor case from Thingiverse, thing number 1538251, with Ztander's flexible bracelet, also from Thingiverse, thing number 1234567, to secure the PulseSensor against my wrist. Next time I'd probably enlarge the sensor case slightly to accommodate the wires.
