Pulse (S-Frame) Bowden Tube Mount for Mosquito
thingiverse
I recently upgraded from an E3D hotend to the Mosquito hontend on my Pulse XE. I required a new bowden mount to affix the bowden tube in place. This uses the existing retention clips I had on hand from the E3D mount. This is mount does require modification of the Pulse D-Frame Mosquito mount (https://github.com/MatterHackers/PulseOpenSource/blob/master/D%20Frame/5.%20Hot%20End/Mosquito/Mosquito%20Mount.STL), including drilling a mounting hole and installing a thermal insert. Hardware required: QTY 1 M3 thermal insert QTY 1 M3x10 bolt 1 - Pre-install the Mosquito hotend to the Pulse Mosquito Hotend Mount 2 - Put mount in place on top of bolt heads supplied with Mosquito hotend 3 - Drill pilot hole using the mount to locate hole location 3 - Drill pilot hole with bill slightly smaller than thermal insert 4 - Hot press thermal insert into hole 5 - Mount after X-carriage and hotend installed
