The Pulse Carbines built for a Rogue Trader detachment are specifically designed for 28mm war gaming. Retaining a copy of the original grenade launcher and pairing it with a simpler optic from the "Reflex" carbine, the Grenadier serves as a key force multiplier to fire teams against area targets. Fragmentation rounds are available for taking out unarmored infantry, photon grenades for startling enemies, and armor piercing rounds for engaging light armor.
