Pulsator Washer Cap

Pulsator Washer Cap

thingiverse

We have a Samsung top load washer that for about 3ish years when the cap for the pulsator cap broke off. $30+ for a piece of plastic. That's a big nope! I set my reverse engineering skills loose on it and it fits perfectly. I've already ran a few loads through it and have had no issues at all. I wouldn't recommend PLA or PETG with the heat that your washer will dump in from your hot water source. I would also question if FDM printers would create a solid reliable part for the stress this would take on. I'm considering bringing the height down a bit so it doesn't look so odd...I had to add ridges to it or it just resembled a tit. I copied this from Amazon's replacement part. Please don't ask what this all fits because I honestly have no idea. I just know what I have and that it fits perfectly and works great. DC66-00887A fits over the wash plate mounting bolt to protect the bolt and prevent clothing from catching on the wash plate. Fits the following models (not all applicable models are listed) : WA45K7600AW, WA50K8600AV, WA50K8600AW,WA45H7000AW/A2, WA50M7450AW Replaces the following part numbers: AP6027557, PS11762121, EAP11762121 Safety first : Wear work gloves to protect your hands, Unplug the washer before installing this part.
