To ensure your Orca's Y-Axis belt remains on its bearing, create a snap-on guide if alignment is a concern. Print two guides for front and back to use with 2-3 perimeters and 40-50% infill. This will provide a solid structure without support, as all angles stay below or at max 30°. Happy printing!
