I just reinforced two nuts in every pulley so that regular screws can be used to secure the pulleys to the shafts. Available for NEMA23 (6.35mm shaft) as well. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Reprap Printer: Customized I3 Rafts: Don't worry about it. Supports: You don't need to bother with supports either. Resolution: 0.15 mm resolution is the goal here. Infill: 35% infill should do the trick. Notes: This one works best on PETG material.
