A custom pulley wheel designed to mimic my printer-friendly print-in-place caged roller bearing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3240362. This bearing rolls smoothly enough for practical use in applications like filament spool holders and similar devices. The FreeCAD source code is included with the design, which offers some level of parametric control. Inner and outer diameters can be adjusted within specified limits, while main clearances can be modified using the *settings* spreadsheet.
